A record and companion volume offering a deeper understanding of “Accompanied Divergences”, an exhibition exploring what it means “to be with someone” through artistic practice.
Published in conjunction with an experimental exhibition by four artists, held in 2025 at BUG, an art center in Tokyo operated by Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., this volume brings together not only artwork texts and a critical essay on the exhibition, but also an extensive record of the project as a whole. The book includes documentation of events and workshops, conversations, artists’ diaries and essays, as well as Yuya Koyama’s project, “Interviews from the Field of Alternative Art Education.”
